TERMS OF USE
By using the Website, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal authority to agree to these Terms and Conditions and to enter into potential contracts with MUD Evropa d.o.o., and to use this Website in accordance with all terms and conditions set forth in these General Terms and Conditions. You agree to be financially responsible for any use of this Website by you (as well as for use of your account by others, regardless of age). You agree to supervise any use of this Website by minors using your name or your account. You also warrant that all information provided by you or by persons authorized by you when using this Website is true and accurate and free from any limitations or false or fraudulent reservations.
In the event that fees are charged for reservations or other services, you agree to abide by the specific terms of Purchase, including payment of all amounts due and in accordance with all rules and restrictions regarding the availability of prices, Products or services. You agree that you are fully responsible for all duties, fees, taxes and costs arising from the use of this site. By using this website, you agree that you are obligated to the hotel to settle all due obligations and that you will comply with the terms of the reservation.
SERVICE RESERVATIONS
On our websites, we offer you reservations of our capacities.
Reservations can be made via e-mail, by sending us your inquiry to info@majerca.si, and we will provide you with an offer. The inquiry or our offer alone does not constitute a confirmed reservation, as the essential condition for the validity of the application is your confirmation of the reservation or our offer. In the event that we do not receive confirmation, it is considered that the reservation was never ordered.
You can also make a direct reservation and payment by credit card on the website. In this case, the reservation will be confirmed and paid for as soon as you have finally confirmed the payment process. This of course guarantees that you will receive exactly the accommodation you have chosen.
If there are children staying with you, please also indicate the expected number and age. Depending on the number of children entered and other reservation information, the price of the package will be displayed. We would like to inform you that in the case of reservations and payments online, it is considered that you have read these terms and conditions and that you agree with them.
In the event that a guest cancels their reservation, MUD Evropa d.o.o. has the right to a refund of cancellation costs. The amount of the refund of cancellation costs for the package depends on the period in which the guest submitted the cancellation and the package that the guest chose.
In the event of a change in the reservation at one's own request, or due to force majeure, without there being any reasons on the part of Mud Evropa due to improperly performed service, the guest has no right to request any compensation or price reduction. The guest must notify the cancellation by phone (+386 40249352) or send it by e-mail to reception@majerca.si, or in writing to Hotel Majer'ca, Stara Fužina 19, SI4265 Bohinjsko Jezero.
All prices from the Mud Evropa offer already include value added tax. In the event of a dispute between the parties, the competent court in Kranj is competent for all disputes.
Arrival and departure
The reservation is valid from 3 pm on the day of arrival until 10 am on the day of departure.
Check-in: after 3 pm
Check-out: by 10 am
The reception is open between 7:00 and 23:00 every day. If the guest does not arrive by 6 p.m. or does not notify us of a later arrival time, we reserve the right to give the room up for rent.
Later departure is possible only with prior approval and for an additional fee.
Early arrival
The room is possible only with prior agreement and for an additional fee.
Required documents
Upon arrival, we will request a photo ID from you in accordance with the law. A valid document is a passport or ID card, or for citizens of the Republic of Slovenia, a driver's license. A valid credit card with adequate coverage is required for registration. If the guest does not have or does not want credit card insurance, they can do so by transferring 100% of the offer or reservation amount to the Hotel's account or by making a cash deposit in the amount of the offer.
Right to refuse
We reserve the right to refuse a booking and, in special circumstances, the right to cancel, adjust or change your arrangement. If we have to cancel, adjust or change your booking, we will do our best to offer an alternative date. If you do not accept our alternative offer, we will refund all money paid.
Cancellations of a booking due to failure to meet the age requirement (16+) will not be refunded.
Changes or cancellation by the hotel
The hotel has the right to change or cancel this contract at any time for any reason, if this is necessary due to force majeure or anything else beyond the control of the hotel. In such case, the hotel will refund all money you have already paid. The hotel's liability is limited to the return of the deposit. The hotel is not liable for any other damage.
Gift and vouchers
Gift and/or vouchers are valid as stated on each gift or voucher. If no date is specified, it is considered valid until the end of the current calendar year or a maximum of 1 year.
Payment
Individual reservations
You can pay for your accommodation in cash or by credit/debit card and transfer to the Hotel's account upon arrival. If you leave before the scheduled departure date, special and promotional offers do not apply, so you must pay the room price according to the price list. Discounts are also not cumulative.
We accept the following payment cards:
• Credit cards: MasterCard, Visa
• Debit cards: Maestro, Visa electron
Upon check-in, your card will be charged for the full amount as per the offer. In case the card does not have adequate coverage, you will need to pay for your accommodation in cash or by transfer to the account before check-in.
All obligations must be settled before check-out, including additional costs for, for example, food, drinks and massage services.
In the event that the guest forgets to report any damage caused to the room or other payable services and products that he/she has not (yet) settled, the Hotel reserves the right to charge his/her payment card for these costs after the guest's departure.
Prices
Accommodation prices include statutory VAT, unless otherwise stated in the offer. Prices include exclusively what is stated in each case in the offer and what is included in the offer prices or special offer that the Client confirms or reserves.
Children
• Children up to 5.99 years stay free of charge
• Children between 5.99 - 13.99 years pay a supplement according to the price list or in accordance with the offer
• Children from 14 years of age pay the full price as an adult
When booking, the age of the children must be stated. If children are 14 years of age or older, they are treated as adults. Cots are available for rent for a fee.
Tourist and promotional tax and hotel fee
The price for accommodation is increased by the amount of the tourist and promotional tax and hotel fee. The tourist and promotional tax and hotel fee must be paid for all days of accommodation.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Unless otherwise stated in the confirmed offer, guests may cancel their reservation under the conditions as defined below.
• Guests may cancel their reservation free of charge at any time up to and including 14 days before the date of arrival.
• Cancellation of a reservation from 14 days to 72 hours before arrival is charged at 25% of the total amount of the offer.
• Cancellation from 72 hours to 0 hours before arrival is charged at 100% of the total amount of the offer.
For special offers or offers where cancellation is not possible, your payment card will be charged on the day of booking for the full amount of the offer. In this case, the reservation cannot be changed or canceled, but these conditions will be clearly and unambiguously visible on the offer itself. You must cancel the reservation exclusively on the channel where you made the reservation.
We suggest that you decide to take out travel insurance with an insurance company.
Credit Card Agreement and Damage Policy
The Client accepts all terms and conditions of the accommodation contract/offer, obligations for costs related to the rental of the room and other services, and any damage that exceeds normal wear and tear during the rental period.
In the event of major stains on the inventory or equipment, you agree to pay an additional cleaning fee of at least EUR 100.
For damage to the inventory or equipment, the actual repair or replacement costs will be charged, increased by 20% handling and administrative costs.
Damage that would be intentionally or unintentionally caused by guests and would prevent further use of the room, other rooms or inventory or equipment, and would lead to loss of turnover due to inability to use, will be determined by an independent expert. This cost is also borne by the guest or the person causing the damage.
The Client allows these costs to be charged to the credit card even after the guest's departure, if the guest does not report the damage to the hotel staff during the stay. In the absence of another means of payment, the Client expressly authorizes the Hotel to debit the Client's credit card for the payment of all the listed items. The Hotel may also obtain any funds or credit cards from other agents or intermediaries (AirBnB, Booking.com, Expedia…)
ARRIVAL - DEPARTURE
The reserved room is available to you from 3 pm on the day of arrival and until 10 am on the day of departure.
PARKING
Parking in the hotel's parking lot is free for guests
HOUSE RULES
Pets
The hotel allows pets. Only selected rooms are available and with an additional charge of 15 EUR per day per pet.
Smoking
Smoking is not allowed in the Hotel. Smoking in enclosed spaces is also prohibited by law.
We make a special effort to provide our guests with clean rooms. In case of smoking, you will be charged a deep cleaning fee of 250 EUR.
Loss and damage to guest property
Unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged property or for injuries suffered by you or anyone in your party during your stay at the Hotel or on our property. You also agree that in the event of the arrival of the police, you will cooperate with state authorities and, to the best of your ability, help to identify the perpetrators.
Complaints about defects
If there are any defects in the room, the guest must immediately notify the hotel or its representatives and allow them to rectify the problem within a reasonable time.
If the guest fails to do so, we reject any possibility of later complaints or requests for a refund. You hereby explicitly agree to waive the right to make complaints or requests for a refund of (part of) the money after your departure.
Invoice review
The guest has the opportunity to review the invoice before making the purchase or final payment. Any complaints or complaints about the invoice are also possible on site, and later complaints are not considered by the company at any point of sale.
Access and right of entry
We reserve the right to enter the room at a reasonable time and for justifiable reasons.
Hotel staff and maintenance workers may enter the room for justifiable reasons, in particular for urgent maintenance work and inspections.
Food and beverage rules
Taking food from the restaurant is not permitted. If guests fail to comply, the hotel staff will charge the full price of the meal to the guest's room.
It is also not permitted to bring your own food and drinks into the hotel restaurant and bar. In the event of consumption on the hotel premises, a service charge may be charged. When bringing your own food and drinks into the room, a service charge is also charged, which includes cleaning and removal of packaging.

POSSIBILITY OF CANCELLATION BY MUD EVROPA
MUD Evropa reserves the right to cancel the event and overnight stays in the event of force majeure.
